Tato bakalářská práce si klade za cíl seznámit čtenáře s fenoménem YouTube komunity a blíže jim představit některé vybrané marketingové strategie s touto komunitou související. Práce se dopodrobna věnuje otázkám partnerství a sponzorství na YouTube a řeší jejich smluvní podmínky, využití i efektivnost. Tato teoreticky zaměřená práce slouží k získání povědomí o celkovém fungování této sociální sítě, o jejím vzniku a vývoji, současných trendech, a v závěru nabízí také pohled na možnosti jejího budoucího využití. Snaží se odpovědět na základní otázky týkající se monetizace YouTube obsahu a vlivu osobností zde působících na komunitu jejich fanoušků. První část práce čerpá z dostupné české i zahraniční literatury a poskytuje zevrubný pohled na důležité faktory podílející se na vzniku a dlouhodobém fungování této sítě, jak je chápáno a vykresleno v odborné literatuře. Druhá část práce pak obsahuje praktické ukázky zmíněných fenoménů pomocí několika případových studií. Závěr práce se snaží spojit nadnesená témata do jednoho celku a umožnit tak čtenáři získat vhled do marketingových aktivit na YouTube. Po přečtení práce by měl čtenář být schopen lépe analyzovat originální obsah sdílený na této síti. This bachelor thesis aims to introduce the reader to the YouTube community phenomenon and strives to provide better understanding of selected marketing strategies linked with this community. This thesis seeks to answer all the questions about sponsorship and partnership on YouTube by looking into contracts offered by this site. It also covers questions about its effectivenes and usefulness. The work is rich in theory on this social media and therefore serves as a good source of knowledge on its overall function as well as its history, evolution and current trends. In the summary this thesis offers an explanation of possible future development. The main section of this bachelor work is also dedicated to uncover the process of monetization of YouTube's original content. With the help of czech and foreign literature the first half of the thesis summarizes theories on the success of this site and its celebrities. The second half contains few selected case studies, providing better insight into the inner workings of YouTube. Upon reading this thesis, one should have been able to better analyze the original content of this social media.
