NOVOTNÁ, Monika. Grafický znak v prostředí školy a města. Praha 2013. Diplomová práce. Univerzita Karlova, Pedagogická fakulta, katedra výtvarné výchovy. Vedoucí práce Mgr. Helena Kafková, 90 str. V teoretické části práce se zaměřuji na znak, na grafický znak. Roztřídím jeho možné formy. Ukazuji znak jako mimoverbální formu komunikace a způsob označování objektů. Hledám souvislosti a rozpory existence mezi legálními (dopravní a orientační značení, vývěsní tabule) a nelegálními grafickými znaky (graffiti a street art) ve veřejném prostoru. V didaktické části navrhuji a realizuji výtvarné řady, kde používám výtvarné techniky z graffiti a street artu. Výtvarné téma: ZNAK - PÍSMENO - PIKTOGRAM - VEŘEJNÝ PROSTOR zpracovávám v hodinách výtvarné výchovy na obou stupních základní školy. S dětmi vedeme diskusi o významu znaku ve veřejném prostoru. Součástí práce je i výzkumná sonda zaměřená na žáky obou stupňů základní školy, která se snaží poukázat na rozdílné či shodné výtvarné vnímání a myšlení dětí. Zde propojuji street art a graffiti s tématem osobního vlastnictví, otázkou vandalismu a konfliktu osobních postojů se státem a společností. Nabízím dětem otázku osobní svobody jedince a jeho zodpovědnosti. Cílem mé práce je zaměřit pozornost žáků na problematiku grafických znaků ve veřejném prostoru a... NOVOTNÁ, Monika. In the theoretical part I focus on a sign, the graphical sing. I sort out its forms. I present the sing as a nonverbal system of communication and a way of labelling objects. I search for the connections and contradictions of the existence of legal [traffic signs, orientation signs, signboards] and illegal graphic signs [graffiti and street art] in the public space. In the didactic part I suggest and realize the art projects where some technics of graffiti and street art are used. The artistic themes: SING - LETTER - PICTOGRAM - PUBLIC SPACE are processed at my art lessons at both primary and secondary schools. We discuss the meaning of these words in the public space. The part of the thesis is a research study among the pupils of a primary and secondary school which tries to point at either different or the same art perceptions by the pupils and their mental constructions of these.
