Název: Monitoring obezity u mužů středního věku v Hradci Králové Cíle: Cílem této diplomové práce je zjistit prevalenci obezity u mužů ve věku 30 -50 let v Hradci Králové. Potřebná data pro tento empirický výzkum budou získána na základě vlastního dotazníkového šetření u 30 aktivních sportovců a u 30 pacientů diabetologické poradny pana prof. Martiníka trpících obezitou a léčících se v této poradně. Následně budou z dotazníků zjištěná data hlouběji analyzována s cílem zjistit především rizikové faktory obezity, zvládání stresu, fyzické aktivity, pevného denního režimu a života správy či výskytu genetické zátěže u dotazované skupiny sportovců a dotazovaných obézních pacientů z diabetologické poradny prof. Martiníka. Následně budou tato data vzájemně porovnána s cílem zjistit hlavní rozdíly mezi aktivními sportovci a obézními pacienty. Metody: Empirický výzkum byl realizován u 30 náhodně vybraných aktivních sportovců žijících v Hradci Králové a 30 náhodných pacientů prof. Martiníka léčících se obezitou rovněž z Hradce Králové ve věkové skupině 30 - 50 let na základě vlastnoručně zpracovaného dotazníku, který byl s pacienty i se sportovci vyplňován osobně, aby bylo možné získat rovněž informace mimo dotazníkovou škálu. Dotazníky byly následně vyhodnoceny a jejich výstupy byly následně graficky i... Title: Obesity monitoring in middle aged men in Hradec Kralove Targets: The targets of thesis is to determine prevalence of the obesity in men at age 30 - 50 years in Hradec Kralove. The necessary data for this empirical research will be obtained on the basis of the questionnaires distributed among 30 active athletes and 30 pacients of prof. Martinik's diabetology office, who suffer from obesity and undergo treatment in his office. Subsequently, I will perform a deep analysis of all the data obtained from the questionnaries, in order to identify hazard factors for obesity, stress management, physical aktivity, fixed daily routine and life management or the prevalence of the genetic load in the group of surveyed athletes and surveyed obese patients of prof. Martiník's diabetology office. These data will be then compared in order to identifily the main differences between active athletes and obese patients. Methods: The empirical research was conducted at 30 randomly selected active athletes (at age 30 - 50 years), who live in Hradec Kralove and at 30 random patients (also at age 30 - 50 years) of prof.
