Tato bakalářská práce, "Jan Vermeyen - zlatník na dvoře Rudolfa II." se nejprve věnuje komplikované osobnosti, kterou Rudolf II. byl, jeho dvoru a sběratelské činnosti. Zároveň s tím spojuje události, které se v té době děly v Evropě. Dále se věnuje životopisu zlatníka, kterému byla na počátku století připsána Rudolfova koruna. Dvě kapitoly obsahují shrnutí jeho děl, které zpracoval samostatně či za pomoci jiných pražských nebo milánských dílen, ale která mu byla připsána až ve 20. století. Díky těmto novým poznatkům je určen jako hlavní autor samotné císařské koruny, která je zmiňována v závěrečné kapitole. This bachelor's thesis "Jan Vermeyen - goldsmith at courtyard of Rudolp II.," is devoted to complicated personality, who Rudolph II. is at first, further his courtyard and his collecting activity. Simultaneously with this are conneted all events which happened in Europe at this period. Further this bachelot's thesis is devoted to biografy of goldsmith, to whom was attributed Rudolph's crown in the beginning of century. Two captures include a summary of his works which was compiled by himself or in cooperation with other Pragues' and Milans' shops, but this artwork was attributed to him in the 20th century. Thanks to this new knowledges crown which is mentioned in final capture.
