Název práce: Kompenzační cvičení u zásahových jednotek Policie České republiky Vymezení problému: Fyzická příprava je jednou ze základních částí služební přípravy. Tvoří nedílnou součást výcviku každé Zásahové jednotky Policie České republiky, stejně jako např. odborná policejní příprava, taktická, střelecká, zdravotní, psychologická příprava apod. Náročnost fyzické přípravy u ZJ, která se do značné míry přibližuje k přípravě vrcholových sportovců, by měla být chápána v celém spektru aktuálních poznatků a zařazení kompenzačních cvičení by mělo být její nedílnou součástí. Cíl práce: Cílem práce je zjistit současný stav provádění kompenzačních cvičení u Zásahových jednotek Policie České republiky (dále jen ZJ). Praktickým důvodem tohoto výzkumu je předpoklad, že pravidelné provádění kompenzačních cvičení pomáhá zkvalitnit celkovou fyzickou připravenost členů ZJ, což je nezanedbatelný aspekt vzhledem k finančně a časově náročné výchově nového člena těchto jednotek. Celkově by měla bakalářská práce přispět jako podklad vedoucím příslušníkům Policejního prezidia České republiky a jednotlivých krajských ředitelství, kteří zodpovídají za výcvik těchto jednotek. Výzkumný soubor: Výzkumný soubor se skládá z 80 členů zásahových jednotek různých krajských ředitelství PČR ve věku 25 - 53 let. Použité metody:...
