Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku dětí s velmi nízkou porodní hmotností ve vztahu k výskytu motorických obtíží a pohybové aktivitě. Teoretická část práce shrnuje poznatky o problémech dětí s velmi nízkou porodní hmotností, jak časně postnatálních, tak i problémech, se kterými se děti potýkají během dětství až dospělosti nejen v oblasti zdravotní, ale i psychologické a pedagogické. Dále se teoretická část zabývá vývojovou dyspraxií, a to i u dětí s velmi nízkou porodní váhou. Cílem praktické části bylo zjistit, zda se u dětí s velmi nízkou porodní hmotností vyskytují motorické obtíže častěji či ve větším měřítku oproti dětem s normální porodní hmotností. Výzkumná skupina se skládala z 25 dětí s velmi nízkou porodní hmotností, které byly testovány pomocí Movement Assessment Battery for Children 2. Děti byly podrobeny i hodnocení postury a posturálních funkcí. Dále si práce kladla za cíl zjistit, zda se děti s velmi nízkou porodní váhou méně pohybují ve spontánní pohybové aktivitě měřené pomocí krokoměrů - tedy počtu kroků za týden méně než jejich vrstevníci s normální porodní váhou. Podařilo se prokázat, že u dětí s velmi nízkou porodní hmotností je častější výskyt motorických poruch hodnocené pomocí MABC-2 vůči kontrolní skupině s normální porodní váhou, standardní populaci i skupině dětí... This diploma thesis deals with very low birth weight children in relation to the occurrence of motor problems. The theoretical part provides an overview of knowledge about the low birth children's problems, early postnatal problems and problems from childhood to adulthood in the physical, psychological and pedagogic field. The main part of the theoretical information concerns the occurrence of motor disorders, particularly the developmental dyspraxia and motor disorders about very low birth children. The aim of the practical part of the work was to determine whether low birth weight infants have higher incidence of developmental dyspraxia in comparison with term infants. The research group consisted of 25 low birth weight children, they were examined by Movement Assessment Battery for Children 2 (MABC-2). Children were examinate for posture and postural functions compiled using our protocol. The another aim of the practical part of the work was to determine whether low birht weight children have higher incidence of physical activity in steps by week in comparison with normal birth weight infants.
