RNDr. Dalibor Šatínský, Ph.D. Název disertační práce: Využití moderních chromatografických přístupů a úprav vzorků v analýze biologicky aktivních látek Předkládaná disertační práce se zabývá moderními trendy v kapalinové chromatografii v analýze biologicky aktivních látek. Kapalinová chromatografie je významnou analytickou technikou, která umožňuje rychlou separaci a kvantifikaci látek. Trendy v kapalinové chromatografii se v současnosti týkají především vývoje nových stacionárních fází a zlepšení jejich stávajících vlastností. Dále se zabývají miniaturizací chromatografických systémů a tak zvanou "zelenou" chromatografií, která se snaží o přístup šetrnější k životnímu prostředí. Vlastní chromatografické analýze předchází příprava vzorku. Jedná se o významný krok, na kterém závisí správnost výsledku celé analýzy. V současné době dochází k vývoji mnoha nových moderních technik úpravy vzorků. Vývoj těchto technik směřuje především k miniaturizaci, automatizaci a mnohonásobnému zakoncentrování cílových analytů. Teoretická část disertační práce je rozdělena do několika okruhů, ve kterých se zabývá výše popsanými trendy. V první části jsou popsány trendy v oblasti... RNDr. Dalibor Šatínský, Ph.D. Title of thesis: The use of modern chromatographic approaches and sample preparation in the analysis of biologically active substances The presented thesis deals with the modern trends in liquid chromatography and in the analysis of biologically active substances. High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) is an important analytical tool for separating and quantifying components of mixtures. New trends of HPLC technology tend to development of new stationary phases with better properties. Another trend in analytical chemistry is a miniaturization of the HPLC system and environmentally friendly chromatography. Sample preparation is an essential step in analysis, greatly influencing the reliability and accuracy of analysis. Nowadays, the development is focused on new modern techniques of sample preparation. The developments of these techniques lead up to miniaturization, automatization and preconcentration of target analytes.
