Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením na otevřeném trhu práce. Teoretická část se zabývá pojmy vztahujícími se ke zdravotnímu postižení, invaliditě, zdravotnímu znevýhodnění, věnuje se významu pracovního uplatnění pro člověka se zdravotním znevýhodněním, problematice zaměstnanosti a ukotvení práva na práci v mezinárodním a v českém právním řádu. Empirická část má za cíl vyhodnotit postoje zaměstnavatelů k zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením, jejich motivy a zkušenosti. V rámci bakalářské práce bude prováděn kvalitativní výzkum formou polostrukturovaného rozhovoru mezi zaměstnavateli ve třech vybraných okresech Středočeského kraje. The thesis is focused on the employment of persons with disabilities in the open labour market. The concepts related to disability and handicap have been dealt in the theoretical part as so as the importance of employment for people with disabilities, employment issues and embedding the right to work in an international and Czech rule of law have been discussed. In the empirical part the attitudes of employers to the disabled employees, their motives and experiences are evaluated. In the frame of thesis, that is being reached by qualitative research using the semi-structured interviewing employers in three districts of the Central Bohemia.
