Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá syndromem vyhoření u učitelské profese. Definuje syndrom vyhoření, popisuje jeho příčiny a příznaky. Dále popisuje učitelství jako pomáhající profesi a věnuje se zátěžovým situacím ve škole. V poslední kapitole jsou popsány různé strategie předcházení syndromu vyhoření.
