Název práce: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po akutní cévní mozkové příhodě Cíl práce: Oficiální potvrzení schopnosti kvalitní práce s pacientem po cévní mozkové příhodě. Získání potřebných teoretických informací o dané problematice a praktické využití svých fyzioterapeutických dovedností. Metody: První část bakalářské práce je teoretická, popisuje vznik, rizikové faktory a následky cévní mozkové příhody. Dále jsou popsány typické klinické příznaky, možnosti léčby a techniky využívané ve fyzioterapii. Práce se také věnuje problematice subluxovaného ramene postižené horní končetiny a neglect syndromu. Druhou částí práce je kazuistika vybrané pacientky po cévní mozkové příhodě ischemické s levostrannou symptomatologií. Výsledky: Zlepšení pohybového stereotypu chůze, snížení bolestivosti subluxovaného ramenního kloubu, posílení svalů na paretické dolní končetině a zlepšení povrchového i hlubokého čití na postižených levostranných končetinách. Závěr: Indikace fyzioterapie u pacientky po cévní mozkové příhodě se ukázala jako velmi důležitá z důvodu částečného navrácení porušených funkcí. Objective: To officialy to confirm the ability to work well with patiens after a stroke. To gain the needed theoretical knowledge about the given issue and to utilize the practical physiotherapeutic skills. Method: The first part of the bachelor thesis is theoretical. It describes the origin, risk factors and consequences of a stroke. Further described are typical clinical symptoms, possibilities for treatement and technical uses od physiotherapy. The thesis is also dedicated to the subluxation of the paretic arm and the neglect syndrom. The second part contains casuistry of the chosen patient after the ischemic stroke with left - handed symptomatology. Results: Improvement of the walking stereotype, reduction in the painfulness of the paretic arm, increased strength in the paretic lower arm and improvement of the exterior and deep perception. Conclusion: The use of physiotheraphy on a patient after a stroke appeared to be very important, due to partial return of damaged functions.
