Předložená diplomová práce pojednává o syndromu vyhoření jako fenoménu dnešní doby, který ohrožuje jedince i organizace, v nichž pracují. V teoretické části práce je definován syndrom vyhoření, vymezeny jsou jeho možné příčiny a vliv individuálních i vnějších faktorů. Dále je popsán proces vyhoření a jsou uvedeny psychosociální a tělesné příznaky, které na syndrom vyhoření ukazují, zmíněny jsou i možné důsledky syndromu vyhoření. V další kapitole je pojednáno o faktorech, které mohou působit v prevenci syndromu vyhoření v pracovním životě člověka. Uvedeny jsou vnitřní faktory jako odolnost jedince, jeho pracovní motivace a sebeřízení, i vnější faktory působící v pracovním prostředí. Poslední teoretická kapitola dává do souvislosti poznatky o syndromu vyhoření s řízením a vedením lidí a poukazuje na možnosti jeho prevence v organizaci. Pozornost je věnována řízení znalostí, řízení talentů a řízení rozmanitostí. Dále jsou uvedeny jednotlivé personální činnosti a jejich možná role v prevenci syndromu vyhoření. Nakonec je zmíněn význam osobnostního rozvoje, vzdělávání, vyvážení pracovního a osobního života i spirituality v prevenci syndromu vyhoření. Empirická část práce se skládá z dotazníkového šetření srovnávajícího ohrožení třech věkových kategorií a z rozhovoru s psychologem, který se prevencí syndromu... The thesis deals with burnout syndrome as a phenomenon of our time which threatens individuals and organizations. In the theoretical part burnout is defined and its possible causes with individual and external factors are mentioned. Further the process of burnout is described and the psychosocial and physical symptoms, which indicate the syndrome, are given. Also potential consequences of burnout are discussed. Next chapter deals with factors that may act in the prevention of burnout in working life. There are both internal factors as resistance, motivation and self-management and external factors of occuupational environment mentioned. Last theoretical chapter puts knowledge of burnout in the context of leadership and human resources management. It points to the possibilities of prevention of burnout in organization, attention is paid to knowledge management, talent management and diversity management. Further the personnel activities and their impact on prevention of burnout are referred. In the end importance of personal development, education, work-life balance and spirituality in prevention of burnout are mentioned. The empirical part consists of a questionnaire survey comparing risk of burnout among three age categories and an interview with a psychologist, who deals with the prevention of burnout....
