Ramanova spektrometrie je široce používaná metoda v geovědních oborech. Pomocí přenosného Ramanova spektrometru lze identifikovat rozličné materiály, Ramanův spektrometr se bude podílet na průzkumu Marsovského povrchu. Jeho využití je hojně aplikováno v mineralogii. Tato práce naráží na fakt, že u některých minerálů může být jejich měřitelnost kvůli její barvě a fyzikálním vlastnostem poněkud obtížná. Byl měřen soubor tmavých, zelených a některých světlých minerálů z různých skupin mineralogického systému, u kterých byla posouzena použitelnost detektorů o zvolené excitaci, především 785 nm u terénních přístrojů. Při terénních měření byl použit přístroj Ahura First Defendet, s excitací 785 nm a při laboratorních měření přístroj InVia Renishaw s excitací 785 nm a 514 nm. Jednalo se o soubor těchto minerálů: Prehnit, Síra, Tyrkenit (howlit), Pyroxen (diopsid), Libethenit, Turmalín (verdelit), Dioptas, Klinoklas, Langit, Jadeit, Pseudomalachit (ehlit), Aktinolit, Epidot, Augit. Výsledky jsou složeny z měření terénním přístrojem Ahura, s excitací 785 nm a laboratorním přístrojem InVia Renishaw, s excitacemi 785 nm a 514 nm. Naměřené hodnoty jsou uspořádány do tabulek, kde jsou měření mezi sebou porovnány, včetně referenční literatury a graficky demonstrovány v podobě spekter. Jednotlivé minerály jsou... Summary: Raman spectroscopy is a widely used method in geoscience fields. Using a portable Raman spectrometer is possible to identify different materials, Raman spectrometer will participate in the survey the Martian surface. Its use is widely applied in mineralogy. There was measured a set of dark, green and some bright minerals of different mineralogical system groups that have been assessed the applicability of the chosen detector excitation at 785 nm mainly off-road equipment. The obtained spectra were measured off-road equipment ahura at excitation 785 nm and laboratory equipment InVia Renishaw and there were used lasers at excitaion of 785 nm and 514 nm. It was set of these minerals: Prehnite, Sulphur, Tyrkenit (howlit), Pyroxene (diopside), Libethenite, Toutmaline (verdelite), Dioptas, Klinoklas, Langit, Jadeit, Pseudomalachit (ehlit), Actinolite, Epidote, Augite. Results are composed of field measurement device Ahura, with excitation 785 nm and laboratory apparatus Invite Renishaw excitations with 785 nm and 514 nm. Measured values are arranged in tables, where the measurements are compared with each other, including literature and reference graphically demonstrated in the form of spectra.
