Závěrečná práce se zabývá identifikací častých chyb v managementu škol se zaměřením na prostředí mateřské školy. Porovnává poznatky získané v literatuře s osobní zkušeností vybraných ředitelů mateřských škol. Za cíl si klade vymezit rizikové oblasti pro vznik chyb a nalézt vhodná doporučení, jak k nim přistupovat. Obecné vnímání zjištěných rizikových faktorů a přístupů bylo následně ověřeno v dotazníkovém šetření. Poučení z chyb by mělo být vnímáno pozitivně jako cesta k úspěchu a pokroku. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V praktické části bylo uskutečněno šest rozhovorů s ředitelkami mateřských škol a formou dotazníkového šetření bylo získáno více než sto dvacet výpovědí školských pracovníků. Souhrnným výsledkem obou částí práce -jsou rady a doporučení pro začínající ředitele. The thesis concerns itself with the identification of common faults in school management with special focus on nursery schools. It compares the findings from literature with personal experience of selected nursery school headmasters. Its main objectives are to define the areas of high risk potential for mistake genesis and to find appropriate recommendations as to how to approach these faults. General perception of the found risk factors, and ways to approach them was subsequently verified in a survey. Lessons drawn from the faults should be perceived positively as a way to success and development. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. In practical part six interviews with nursery school headmasters were carried out and more than one hundred and twenty statements in the form of a questionnaire were obtained. A summarizing result of both parts of the thesis is a set of advice for beginner headmasters.
