Současná humanitární krize v súdánském Dárfúru a způsoby jejího řešení. Dárfúr, západní provincie Súdánu, je už po deset let synonymem jedné z největších humanitárních katastrof současnosti. Cílem mé bakalářské práce je hledat odpovědi na následující otázky: Jaké jsou navrhované možnosti řešení dárfúrské krize? Jaký je přístup mezinárodních aktérů k řešení dárfúrské krize? Jsou způsoby řešení efektivní a navzájem kompatibilní? Klíčové je pro mě prozkoumat způsoby řešení dárfúrské krize a aktivity a pozice nadnárodních (OSN, Africká Unie, Evropská Unie, NATO, Liga arabských států) a národních aktérů (USA, Čína, Francie aj.). Zajímá mě, jak se k řešení krize v Dárfúru postavili, jaké způsoby řešení prosazovali, co je k tomu vedlo. Pokud svoje postoje a strategie v průběhu konfliktu měnili, pokouším se zjistit proč. Soustředím se zejména na problematiku vynucení míru, dárfúrský mírový proces, peacekeepingové mise a otázku prosazování spravedlnosti ze strany Mezinárodního trestního soudu. Z metodologického hlediska práce představuje kvalitativní jednopřípadovou studii, soustředící se na krizi v Dárfúru. V návaznosti na výzkumné otázky jsou klíčové analytické parametry této případové studie odvozeny z teoretické literatury zaměřující se na oblast konfliktního managementu. The Current Humanitarian Crisis in Darfur, Sudan, and its Resolutions For more than ten years, Darfur, located in the Western part of the Sudan, has been a synonym for one of the biggest humanitarian catastrophes of our time. The objective of my dissertation is to search for answers to the following questions: What are the proposed actions for solving the Darfur crisis? What has been the approach of international players to solving the Darfur crisis? Are the proposed solutions effective and mutually compatible? The key issue for me is to analyze the proposed solutions to the Darfur crisis and the actions and positions of multi-national (United Nations, European Union, African Union, NATO, League of Arab States) and national actors (US, China, France, etc.). I am interested in how they have approached the crisis, and which actions they have supported and why. In addition, I will seek to find out why they have changed their positions or strategies during the evolution of the crisis. I will focus mainly on the issue of peace enforcement within the context of pronouncing the conflict as genocide, the Darfur peace process, peacekeeping missions and the question of promoting justice by the International Criminal Court.
