Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na návrh změn konceptu motivace v daném podniku. V teoretické části práce jsou vysvětleny pojmy související s motivací a odměňováním pracovníků. V analytické části je popsán současný stav podniku včetně nedostatků. Cílem motivačního systému společnosti je nalezení co nejlepší a nejvýhodnější cesty pro zlepšení chodu podniku. V návrhové části byly řešeny systémy hledání nových příležitosti pro zaměstnance, příspěvek na dopravu do práce, dárkové poukázky, volný poslední pracovní den a zdravotní benefity. Bachelor thesis focuses on draft amendments to the concept of motivation in the company. The theoretical part explains the concepts related to motivation, and remuneration of employees in the company. In analysis part is describe current status with his shortcomings. Motivation systém goals is finding the best ways to improve business operations. In design part will address how to resolve systems for finding new opportunities for employees, a contribution to transport to work, gift vouchers, a free last working day and health benefits.
