Bakalářská práce na téma „Hodnocení finanční situace společnosti a návrhy na její zlepšení“ se zabývá problematikou hospodaření společnosti Spálovský a.s. za období posledních pěti let. První část bakalářské práce obsahuje teoretická východiska práce, kde definuji základní pojmy hospodaření společnosti. Další část je z praktického hlediska zaměřena na stručnou charakteristiku společnosti Spálovský a.s., která obsahuje výpočty vybraných ukazatelů finanční analýzy a interpretaci jejich výsledků. Ve třetí, závěrečné části bakalářské práce, jsou na základě zjištěných údajů navržena východiska na zlepšení finanční situace společnosti. The bachelor thesis on topic „Evaluation of the company's financial situation and proposals for improvement” deals with the problematics of the Spálovský a.s. company over the last five years. The first part of the thesis contains theoretical basis of the work, where the basic notions of the company's economy are defined. The other part is from practical aspect focused on brief characteristics of the Spálovský a.s. company, which includes calculations of selected indicators of financial analysis and interpretation of their results. In the third, the final part of the bachelor thesis, based on observed data, the bases to improve the company's financial situation are proposed.
