Bakalářská práce je návrhem podnikatelského záměru založení restaurace. Naše restaurace se zaměřením na turisty a cyklisty bude ležet v obci Vilémovice. Obor podnikání patří do pohostinství. Práce se skládá ze tří částí. Teoretická část bude vycházet z liternární rešerše a sloužit pro vymezení základních pojmů. Analytická část se bude zabývat analýzou trhu a ostatních faktorů, které by mohly ovlinit naše podnikání. Finální část se bude zabývat samotným návrhem podnikatelského záměru a jeho ekonomickou úspěšností. The bachelor thesis is a proposal of the entrepreneurial intention to establish a restaurant. Our restaurant with a focus on tourists and cyclists will be in Vilémovice. The branch of business belongs to the hospitality industry. The work consists of three parts. The theoretical part will be based on literary research and serve to define basic concepts. The analytical part will deal with the market analysis and other factors that could improve our business. The final part will deal with the proposal of the business plan itself and its economic success.
