Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na zlepšení a opatření ve firmě Nešpůrek, s.r.o., pomocí komunikačního mixu. V teoretické části vysvětlím důležité pojmy marketingu, marketingového mixu a komunikačního mixu. V analytické části převedu teorii na praxi. Pomocí SWOT analýzy zhodnotím slabé a silné stránky podniku, jeho příležitosti a hrozby. Výsledkem bude řešení problémů, které nebude finančně nemožné a bude vyhovovat majiteli, zaměstnancům i těm nejdůležitějším, zákazníkům. The bachelor thesis focuses on improving communication mix in company Nešpůrek, Ltd. In theoretical part will be the important concepts of marketing, marketing mix and communication mix. In the analytical part I convert theory to practice. Using SWOT analysis will evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of the company, its opportunities and threats. Result will be in a solution that does not financially impossible and will meet the owners, employees, and most important, our customers.
