Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je na základě realizované analýzy stávajícího stavu navrhnout žádoucí změny konceptu personálního řízení, které podpoří další úspěšný rozvoji podniku. První část práce je věnovaná teoretickým východiskům z oblasti personalistiky. V druhé části práce je analyzován současný stav personálního řízení ve společnosti. V závěrečné části je navržen koncept nového personálního řízení. The main goal of this diploma thesis is to propose, on the basis of realized analysis of the current state, desirable changes in the concept of personnel management, which will lead to the successful development of the company. The first part is devoted into the theoretical background in human resources. The second part of the thesis analyzes the current state of personnel management in the company. In the final part is proposed the concept of new personnel management.
