Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá optomechanickým návrhem pro dálkovou sestavu spektrometrie laserem buzeného plazmatu (LIBS). Cílem bakalářské práce je návrh fokusační a sběrné optiky s ohledem na dané parametry. V práci je nejprve přiblížen obecný teoretický základ metody LIBS. Pozornost je však věnována především popisu instrumentace, využívané při metodě LIBS. Součástí práce je rešerše, která je zaměřena na dálkovou LIBS analýzu, a to zejména na instrumentaci. V konstrukční části je představeno několik optických návrhů, z nichž je vybrán nejvhodnější. Výstupem bakalářské práce je optimalizace tohoto optického návrhu a následný konstrukční návrh fokusační a sběrné optiky, který je doložen výkresovou dokumentací. The subject of this bachleor thesis is an optomechanic design for a remote laser induced breakdown spectrometry (LIBS) apparatus. The aim of the bachleor thesis is a design of focusing and collecting optics due to given parameters. This work presents general theoretical basics of LIBS. However, particular attention is given to the description of LIBS instrumentation. Part of this work is a research on remote LIBS anaylysis, particularly on its instrumentation. In the construction part, several optical designs are presented and thereafter the one with best parameters is chosen. The nal output of this thesis is optimisation of chosen optical desing, followed with a construction design of focusing and collecting optics with enclosed drawing documentation.
