Souhrn Disertační práce shrnuje výsledky výzkumu názorů české společnosti na antibiotika a léky i její vědomosti o infekčních chorobách a možnostech účinné prevence nárůstu rezistentních bakterií. Tohoto výzkumu se zúčastnilo celkem 1242 respondentů ze čtyř krajů České republiky. Dotazníkové šetření odhalilo velmi nízké znalosti respondentů o možnostech účinné primární i sekundární prevence infekčních onemocnění. Díky tomuto zjištění se Infekční klinika 3. lékařské fakulty UK v Praze zapojila do tvorby a realizace celoevropského projektu s názvem "e-Bug". Hlavním cílem tohoto projektu bylo vytvořit a evaluovat metodický manuál, který by učitelé na základních školách využívali k výuce dané problematiky zejména v předmětu "Výchova ke zdraví". Na základě evaluace první verze manuálů e-Bug na vzorku 2181 žáků z Anglie, Francie a České republiky team odborníků vytvořil dvě metodické příručky (jednu pro první a druhou pro druhý stupeň základní školy). Tyto manuály obsahují 9 kompletních výukových lekcí, jejichž účinnost byla ověřena v praxi zkušenými učiteli. V disertaci je podrobně popsán proces přípravy a evaluace vyvinutých materiálů, výukových aktivit a webových stránek projektu. This dissertation thesis summarizes the research findings of reviews of Czech society to antibiotics and drugs and her knowledge of infectious diseases and how to effectively prevent the increase of resistant bacteria. This research was attended by 1,242 respondents from four regions of the Czech Republic. The survey revealed a very low respondent's knowledge about the possibilities of effective primary and secondary prevention of infectious diseases. With these findings the Department of Infectious Diseases from the 3rd Medical Faculty of the Charles University in Prague participated in the development and implementation of a pan- European teaching programme called "e-Bug." The main objective of this project was to develop and evaluate the teaching resource which teachers could use in the primary and secondary school in the subject "Health Education". Based on the evaluation of the first version of educational e-Bug manuals on a sample of 2,181students from England, France and the Czech Republic, the team of experts created two teaching manuals (one for primary and second for secondary school).
