Název bakalářské práce: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po operačním řešení zlomeniny krčku stehenní kosti Shrnutí: Tato bakalářská práce byla vypracována na základě souvislé odborné praxe na oddělení ortopedie Fakultní nemocnice Královské Vinohrady. Zabývá se zlomeninou krčku kosti stehenní. Je rozdělena na dvě části. V části obecné je pozornost věnována anatomii, kinematice, traumatologii, léčebným a fyzioterapeutickým postupům v dané oblasti. Druhá část je kazuistika pacientky po zlomenině krčku kosti stehenní, která byla řešena osteosyntézou za pomoci dynamického kompresního (skluzného) šroubu (DHS). Klíčová slova: fyzioterapie, kazuistika, osteosyntéza, zlomenina krčku kosti stehenní, dynamický kompresní šroub Title of bachelor's thesis: Case study of physiotherapeutic care of patient after an operation with fracture of neck of femur Summary: This bachelor's thesis was compiled on the base of intership on department of orthopedic University Hospital Královské Vinohrady. The main objective of this thesis is to theoretically pose question about fracture of neck of femur. It contains of two parts. The first part is theoretical, where I wrote about anatomy, kinematics, traumatology, medical and physiotherapy methods focused on neck of femur. The second part is decicated to the casuistry of the patient after injury of neck of femur. The fracture was treated by osteosynthesis with dynamic hip screw (DHS).
