Práce se pokouší odpovědět na otázku, zda se suspektní dysfázie, vyjevující se u nemluvícího adolescentního inteligentního chlapce s vývojovou anartrií se 100% porozuměním mluvenému jazyku na neschopnosti osvojit funkční psanou řeč, promítá také do osvojování znakového jazyka. Věnuje se diferenciaci diagnóz vývojová dysfázie a vývojová anartrie se suspektní dysfázií. Zabývá se vybranými systémy alternativní a augmentativní komunikace a výhodami a nevýhodami jejich užití u tohoto vývojového anartrika. Upozorňuje na komfortnost terapie, v které je vývojovému anartrikovi od jeho 13 do současných 19 let adekvátně nabízen český znakový jazyk (dále ČZJ) jako vyjadřovací prostředek ve vzdělávání i každodenní komunikaci (chlapec má částečně postiženou motoriku horních končetin, jemná motorika pravé ruky je však zachována do té míry, že jeho výpovědi jsou okolím interpretovatelné). ČZJ je osvojován jako druhý jazyk (dále L2), je však pro chlapce jediným jazykem ve směru produkce. V jádru práce jsou analyzovány videonahrávky tří typů výpovědí 18letého vývojového anartrika v ČZJ: jeho reprodukce výpovědí v ČZJ, produkovaných figurantem, dále reprodukce předčítaného textu do ČZJ a spontánní výpovědi v ČZJ. Ve výsledku analýzy jsou rozlišeny čtyři typy chyb, jichž se chlapec dopouští: motorické chyby způsobené... This thesis tries to found out whether the suspected dysphasia influences sign language acquisition of an intelligent adolescent non-speaking boy who suffers from developmental anarthria. Nevertheless, he can understand spoken language 100 % but he is not able to learn written language functionally. It deals with the differentiation of the diagnoses of developmental dysphasia and developmental anarthria with suspected dysphasia. The work focuses on particular forms of alternative and augmentative communication and advantages and disadvantages of their use by the boy who suffers from developmental anarthria. This thesis points out that therapy is comfortable because it adequately offers Czech Sign Language as a mode of communication for the education and everyday communication for the boy who has suffered from developmental anarthria since he was 13 to now at age 19. He has partial motor disfunction in his hands but the fine motor skills of his right hand are only partially disabled and therefore his communication in Czech Sign Language is interpretable. Czech Sign Language is his L2 but this is the only language production of the boy.
