Práce se zabývá systémem hlášení a odškodňování nemocí z povolání v České republice a otázkou, zda jsou zdravotníci výrazně více ohroženi riziky vyplývajícími z jejich práce. Systém posuzování a uznávání nemocí z povolání v České republice je zakotven v legislativě - viz úvod práce. Existují registry nemocí z povolání, které jsou každý rok aktualizovány, a proto je možné sledovat vývoj uznávání NzP. Nemoci z povolání v České republice mají klesající trend. Vyvíjí se prevence, zlepšil se včasný záchyt nemocí, byly zavedeny moderní technologie, provedena automatizace výrobních procesů, snížil se počet používaných škodlivých látek. Za úbytkem nemocí z povolání stojí ale také změny v ekonomice. Těžký průmysl je utlumený, uzavírají se doly a hutě a lidé v nich pracující přecházejí do jiných odvětví. Nemoci z povolání hlášené celkově ve zdravotnictví mají klesající trend. Klesá počet hlášených infekčních nemocí, dětských infekčních nemocí, hlášené počty TBC jsou stabilně nízké. Střevní infekce jsou hlášeny sporadicky. Kožní nemoci mírně stoupají. Nemoci dýchací projevují jednoznačně klesající tendenci a naopak stoupají nemoci způsobené fyzikálními faktory. Alarmující je stále zvýšený výskyt svrabu, který svědčí pro nízkou hygienickou úroveň některých zařízení a nedodržování ošetřovatelských postupů. This work deals with the reporting and compensation of occupational diseases in the Czech Republic and the question whether the paramedics are significantly more vulnerable to the risks arising from their work. System of assessment and recognition of occupational diseases in the Czech Republic is enshrined in legislation - see the beginning of this thesis. In the Czech Republic registers of occupational diseases exist, which are updated every year, and it is possible to monitor the development of Occupational diseases. Occupational diseases in the Czech Republic have a decreasing trend. The early detection of diseases has been improving with the help of advanced technologies. Economical changes also play the main role in reducing of occupational diseases. Heavy industry is subdued, the mines and mills closed and people working there moved into other sectors. In general, occupational diseases in health system have a decreasing trend. The number of reported infectious diseases, paediatric infectious diseases, reported TB rates are consistently low. Intestinal infections are reported sporadically. Skin diseases are rising slightly. Diseases of the respiratory system have clearly decreasing trend, and vice versa diseases caused by physical factors rise. The incidence of scabies is still alarming due to the low...
