Název: Porovnání metod a organizačních forem výuky cizího jazyka v rámci povinné výuky a výuky ve volném čase Abstrakt: Tato diplomová práce se zabývá otázkou, jaké metody a organizační formy výuky mají podíl na zvyšování efektivity výuky a osvojení cizího jazyka a jaké další faktory na studenty ve výuce mají vliv. K tomuto účelu je východiskem teoretická část práce, která představuje teoretické pohledy na motivaci ke studiu, roli, jakou při ní hraje organizace výuky, používané metody, hodnocení práce studentů a osobnost vyučujícího, jak je popisuje odborná literatura. Praktická část pak uvádí závěry získané prostřednictvím dotazníků, diskusí a rozhovorů vedených se studenty a vyučujícími. Nabízí tak jejich pohledy na faktory ovlivňující efektivitu výuky, které porovnávali v rámci výuky na středních školách a výuky v pomaturitním studiu na školách jazykových. Jako stěžejní se tak ukázala být kvalita výuky, respektování studentů a jejich vzdělávacích potřeb a propojení výuky s praxí. Klíčová slova: metody výuky, organizační formy výuky, žák, učitel, motivace, efektivita Title: Comparison between educational methods and organizational teaching styles of a second language within the scope of the compulsory education and the education in a leisure time Abstract: This diploma thesis deals with the topic of educational methods and organizational teaching styles and their contribution to the effectiveness of second language teaching and learning. It also concerns with other circumstances that influence students in their learning. The theoretical basis for this purpose is provided by the theoretical part that introduces theoretical views on student's motivation, the role represented by teaching organization, applied methods, assessment of students and the personality of a teacher as described in professional literature. The practical part presents conclusions that were reached by questionnaires, discussions and interviews realized with students and teachers. It offers their opinions of factors influencing the effectiveness of teaching that they compared within the scope of the high school education and the education realized by language schools in the form of post- graduate classes. Teaching quality, respect for students and their educational needs and the emphasis on connection of teaching and practice proved crucial. Key terms: educational methods, organizational teaching...
