Souhrn Z dosavadní práce víme, že magnetické pole síťové frekvence (50 kHz) o nízkých indukcích (0,01 mT - 10 mT) zvyšuje in vitro schopnost adherence T lymfocytů pacientů s dlaždicobuněčnými karcinomy hrtanu a hltanu i T lymfocytů dobrovolných dárců krve (kontrolní skupina) k povrchu. Cílem této práce bylo zjistit, zda je mezi vlivem nízkých indukcí rozdíl a potvrdit či vyvrátit tak literární předpoklad, že nižší indukce mají výraznější vliv na biologické systémy. Nejprve byly prováděny srovnávací testy inhibice adherence T lymfocytů bez přítomnosti magnetického pole a v přítomnosti pole s jednotlivou nastavenou indukcí (10mT (n=30), 1 mT ( n=30), 0.5 mT ( n=76), 0.1 mT (n=60), 0.05mT (n=69)). Celkem byla vyšetřena krev 265 pacientů. Kontrolní skupinou byly T lymfocyty dobrovolných dárců krve (n=316). V další etapě byly provedeny testy inhibice adherence T lymfocytů bez přítomnosti pole a v přítomnosti pole srovnávaných indukcí současně tak, aby byly porovnávány schopnosti adherence T lymfocytů téhož pacienta (srovnávána schopnost adherence bez přítomnosti pole a v přítomnosti pole 0.1 mT, 0.05 mT, a 0.01 mT (n=20)). Jako kontrolní skupina byla použita skupina pacientů s percepční nedoslýchavostí (n=30). Výsledky potvrdily publikované experimentální práce a prokázaly, že magnetické pole síťového kmitočtu o... We know from research conducted to date that magnetic field of low-induction power frequency (50 Hz) increases the in vitro adherence capacity of T lymphocytes in patients with squamous cell larynx/pharynx cancer as well as that of T lymphocytes of voluntary blood donors (control group), towards the surface. The objective of this thesis was to find out if there is a difference between the impacts of low induction values, and to confirm or disconfirm the literary assumption that lower induction values have more pronounced influence on biological systems. At first, we carried out comparative tests of T lymphocyte adherence inhibition in the absence of magnetic field and in the presence of a field with a single set induction value (10mT (n=30), 1 mT ( n=30), 0.5 mT ( n=76), 0.1 mT (n=60), 0.05mT (n=69)). Blood samples from 265 patients were investigated in this way. The control group consisted of T lymphocytes of voluntary blood donors (n=316). As the next stage, T lymphocyte inhibition adherence tests were simultaneously carried out without the presence of magnetic field and with the presence of a field of comparable inductions so as to compare the T lymphocyte ability of one and the same patient (i.e. comparing the adherence capacity without field with that in the presence of a field of 0.1 mT, 0.05...
