Resumé Současná doba klade vysoké nároky na jednotlivé členy své společnosti, zejména co se týká uplatnitelnosti a úspěšnosti, a to jak v dětství, tak i v dospělém životě. Proto je pochopitelné, že si žádná soudobá společnost nemůže dovolit hazardovat s potenciálem jednotlivců. Tuto situaci si uvědomují i představitelé České republiky. Na podporu talentů vznikají nejrůznější projekty, které podporují a oceňují české vědce, např. Projekt Česká hlava, jehož součástí je i Projekt České hlavičky organizovaný od r. 2007 pro české středoškoláky v technických a přírodovědných oborech. Ve spolupráci s předsedou Senátu Parlamentu ČR je od roku 2008 vyhlašovaná soutěž pro evropské středoškoláky Innovating Minds. Všichni odborníci, kterých se daná problematika dotýká, si uvědomují fakt, že počet úspěšných členů společnosti je ovlivněn efektivní podporou nadaných dětí již od útlého věku. Žáci s mimořádným nadáním, jak je specifikuje naše legislativa, jsou v nárocích na vzdělávání postaveni na stejnou úroveň jako žáci se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami. Současným trendem ve výchově a vzdělávání zmíněné skupiny žáků je nejvyšší možná míra integrace v závislosti na stupni požadovaných speciálních potřeb. Tento nárok se bezprostředně dotýká i dětí a žáků mimořádně nadaných a je prioritou Vyhlášky č. 73/2005 Sb. i... Contemporary period and situation puts a lot of demands on individual members of the society, especially on their individual using skills and successfulness from one's childhood to adulthood. That is the reason why every society can't risk the potential of its people. Also Czech representatives became aware of this situation. To support talents and abilities of people lots of new projects are arising, f.e. Project Czech Head ("Projekt Česká hlava") which has the part called Little Heads ("Projekt České hlavičky"), organized since 2007 for Czech high-school students of technical and natural science branches. In co- operation of the Czech Senate and Parliamen chairman is also announced the competition for european students called Innovating Minds (since 2008). All the professionals who deal with this problem are aware of the fact that the number of successful members of society raise due to effective support and education of children since the early childhood. Pupils with the exceptional talents, according to the valid Czech law, are placed and classified as the pupils with special needs. Our contemporary trend in education of pupils and students with special needs is integration in possible way in dependence of the real needs and demands.
