Diplomová práce je zaměřena na hodnocení efektivnosti a rizik investičního záměru realizovaného soukromým investorem. Zásadou pro zpracování diplomové práce je: vymezit problematiku stavebních investic, hodnocení efektivnosti stavebních investic a analýza a hodnocení rizik stavebních investic. Výstupem je aplikování těchto zásad pro vypracování na případové studii. The diploma thesis is focused on evaluation of efficiency and risks of the investment realized by the private investor. These are the basic elements of the thesis: to define the issue of construction investments, evaluation of efficiency of construction investments and analysis and efficiency evaluation of risk of a construction investment. The outcome of the thesis is using these principles above for conducting a case study based on a real data.
