Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá srovnáním zdanění při různých formách podnikání v České republice a ve Švédsku. Cílem práce je zjistit a porovnat rozdíly v efektivním zdanění fyzických a právnických osob v České republice a ve Švédsku při různých hladinách příjmů a následná analýza těchto zjištěných výsledků, přičemž se soustředí na osoby samostatně výdělečně činné a společnosti s ručením omezením a na obdoby těchto společností ve Švédsku. The Bachelor thesis is focused on comparison of taxation of different types of businesses in Czech Republic and Sweden. The target of this thesis is to identify and compare effective rate of taxation of personal and business taxation at different levels of income and subsequent analysis of the results, focusing on self-employed persons and limited companies.
