Diplomová práce se zabývá postavení zdravotně znevýhodněných skupin obyvatelstva ve Zlínském kraji.Teoretická část obsahuje základní pojmy týkající se zdravotního postižení obyvatelstva,uplatnění zdravotně postižených osob na trhu práce, rekvalifikaci, zaměstnávání znevýhodněného obyvatelstva, péče o tyto skupiny, podporu a příspěvek na zapracování nejen pro zaměstnavatele.Empirická část je zaměřena na statistickou analýzu nezaměstnaných skupin obyvatelstva ve zlínském kraji na trhu práce a na analýzu dotazníkového šetření provedeného za účelem ověření platností stanovených hypotéz.Závěrem diplomové práce jsou vyhodnoceny výsledky analýz a také navrženy opatření pro zlepšení postavení zdravotně znevýhodněných skupin obyvatelstva ve Zlínském kraji a jejich pracovního uplatnění. The thesis deals with the position of disadvantaged groups of the population in the Zlín region. In the theoretical part contains the basic concepts related to physically disadvantaged groups of the population, the employment of these people, care about these groups, the support and contributions not only to the employer.The empirical part is focused on the statistical analysis of the unemployed population groups on the labour market and on the analysis of a survey conducted in order to verify the validity of assumptions, including an analysis of the responses to individual questions. At the conclusion of the thesis are summarized and evaluated the results of the analysis and also proposed measures for improving the position of disadvantaged groups of the population In the Zlín region.
