Cílem této bakalářské práce je navržení nosné železobetonové lokálně podepřené desky pro stropní konstrukce v druhém nadzemním podlaží nemocnice. K modelování vnitřních sil v konstrukci byl použit software RFEM, výsledky byly ověřeny metodou náhradních rámů a metodou součtových momentů. Na výsledky z RFEMu byla navržena tahová výztuž, smyková výztuž proti protlačení a ručně vypočten průhyb na konstrukci. Následně byl vypracován výkres vyztužení desky. Výpočty jsou provedeny dle ČSN EN 1992-1-1 a ČSN 73 1201. The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is a structural design of a reinforced concrete point-supported slab for the second floor construction of a hospital. Software RFEM was used for modeling of internal forces, the results were verified by equivalent frame method and moment coefficient method. According to the RFEM results a tension reinforcement and slab shear reinforcement were designed. The deflection was manually calculated. Afterwards, a reinforcement drawing was made. The calculations correspond with ČSN EN 1992-1-1 a ČSN 73 1201.
