Předmětem této bakalářské práce je návrh nepodsklepené dvoupodlažní novostavby rodinného domu s kadeřnictvím. Stavba je umístěna uprostřed obce Poříčí u Litomyšle, k. ú. Poříčí u Litomyšle. Obytná část domu určená k trvalému bydlení je vhodná pro 6 osob. Kadeřnický salón je navržen pro jednu osobu. Vstup do objektu je řešen jako bezbariérový. Před kadeřnictví jsou 2 parkovací místa, z nichž jedno je určeno pro osoby se sníženou schopností pohybu a orientace. Objekt je založen na základových pasech založených v nezámrzné hloubce. Konstrukční systém je zděný, z broušených keramických tvárnic Heluz. Plášť domu je zateplen kontaktním zateplovacím systémem z EPS. Vnitřní dělící příčky i stropní konstrukce jsou také ze systému Heluz. Zastřešení objektu nad 1.NP je řešeno jednoplášťovou plochou vegetační střechou. Střecha nad 2.NP je sedlová z příhradových vazníků. V domě je navržena garáž pro dva osobní automobily. Práce obsahuje seminární práci, která hodnotí konstrukce z hlediska tepelné techniky a akustiky. The subject of the thesis is a design of a two storey family house without basement with a hairdresser´s salon. The building is situated in the middle of the Poříčí u Litomyšle, c.a. Poříčí u Litomyšle. The living area of the house dedicated for permanent living is suitable for 6 people. The hairdresser´s salon is designed for one person. The entrance to the building has wheelchair access. There are 2 parking spots, one is designated for people with reduced mobility and orientation. The building is based on strip foundations which are placed in a frost line. The bricked construction system is made of polished ceramic blocks Heluz. The house is insulated by a contact system from EPS. Internal partition walls and the ceiling structure are also made of the system Heluz. Roofing of the building above the 1st over ground floor is solved by a single-layer green flat roof. The gabled roof above the 2nd over ground floor is made of trussed girder. The design of the house includes a garage designated for two cars. The thesis includes seminar work which evaluates constructions from the point of view of thermal technology and acoustics.
