Tato práce je zaměřena na návrh novostavby rodinného domu, který se nachází v katastrálním území obce Zámrsky. Jedná se o samostatně stojící, dvoupodlažní, nepodsklepený dům s garáží, který je navržen pro čtyřčlennou rodinu. Svislé nosné konstrukce jsou vyzděny z keramických cihel Porotherm, zateplené kontaktním zateplovacím systémem z polystyrenových desek. Stropní konstrukce je tvořena keramickým systémem Porotherm. Objekt je zastřešen sedlovou střechou se sklonem 20° a sedlovými vikýři na severní a jižní straně. Garáž je zastřešena pultovou střechou se sklonem 12°. This work deals with the design of a newly-built single-family house, which is located in the cadastral area of the village of Zámrsky. It is a two-floor house without a basement with garage, which is designed for a family of four. The house is detached. The vertical loadbearing structures are lined with clay brick Porotherm, insulated by contact thermal insulation system from polystyrene plates. Floor structure is made of clay system Porotherm. The building is covered with a gable roof with a slope of 20° and gabled dormers on the north and south side. Garage is covered with a mono-pitched roof with a slope of 12 °.
