Práce se zabývá popisem fenoménu výchovy bez trestů a samotným Pozitivním rodičovstvím, jež se danou výchovou zabývá. Vymezuje základní pojmy a definice potřebné pro pochopení daného tématu. Popisuje základní styly rodinné výchovy a vymezuje nevhodné výchovné metody. Odpovídá na otázku proč je užití direktivních metod ve výchově neefektivní. Popisuje další výchovné styly zabývající se výchovou bez užití trestů. Také se zabývá problémem výchovy bez trestů ve vztahu k psychologii morálního vývoje dítěte a k etické otázce problému. Práce je přínosem pro vychovatele a rodiče, jelikož předkládá popis a shrnutí základních výchovných metod bez užití trestů, od kterých se v dnešní společnosti stále více upouští a je tedy důležité vědět, jak ve výchově postupovat bez trestání. The thesis describes the phenomenon of education without punishment and positive parenting, which is engaged in this education. This thesis defines basic terms and definitions, which are necessary for an understanding of the topic. It describes basic parenting styles and defines unappropirate educational methods. It answers the question, why the use of directive methods is in the education ineffective and it characterizes other educational styles dealing with the educational without punishment. It also describes the problem of educational without punishment in relation to a psychology of moral development of a child and ethical issue of the problem. This thesis is beneficial for educators and parents, because it presents the description and the summary of basic educational methods without the use of punishment, from which today's society is increasingly abandoning and it is therefore important to know how to proceed in education without punishment.
