Tématem této bakalářské práce je srovnání rozdílných, především scenáristických, postupů při tvorbě animovaného a hraného filmu. Pro srovnání jsem zvolila filmy, které vycházejí ze stejné knihy: Život a zvláštní podivná dobrodružství Robinsona Crusoea, námořníka z Yorku. Na této knize je možné dobře popsat rozdílné možnosti literatury a filmu a ukázat, na které části knihy se film soustředí. Ve své práci se také krátce zabývám vývojem pohledu na příběh Robinsona Crusoea v čase a způsobu, jak se s tím animovaný nebo hraný film vyrovnává. Závěrem pak srovnávám celovečerní film z roku 1954 režiséra Luise Bunuela Robinson Crusoe s českým loutkovým filmem Stanislava Látala z roku 1981 Dobrodružství Robinsona Crusoa námořníka z Yorku. Díky srovnání těchto dvou filmů je možné ilustrovat pravidla animovaného světa určující specifické scenáristické postupy při psaní pro animovaný film. The topic of this bachelor thesis is comparison between screenwriting for animated film and live action film and a search for differences in both types of writing. Specifically, this thesis compares two films based on the book The Life and Strange Surprising Adventures of Robinson Crusoe of York, Mariner, by Daniel Defoe. Using this book I am able to describe the possibilities of both literature and film, and to demonstrate which parts of the book are preferred for film adaptation and why. I also briefly mention the evolution of the story of Robinson Crusoe, and show how animation and live action films deal with these changes. In the final part of my thesis I compare the 1954 live action film Robinson Crusoe, directed byLuis Bunuel with the 1981 Czech puppet film The adventure of Robinson Crusoe of York, mariner, directed by Stanislav Látal. Comparing these two films enabled me to understand and describe specific rules and procedures in scriptwriting for an animated film.
