Tato práce se zabývá řízením projektu rekonstrukce pozemní komunikace. Teoretická část vymezuje základní pojmy projektového řízení. Zaměřuje se na jednotlivé fáze projektu a také na činnosti, které ke každé fázi náleží. Popisuje postup plánování času a další důležité metody projektového řízení. Praktická část se zabývá aplikací teoretických poznatků a organizací projektu rekonstrukce vybrané pozemní komunikace. This thesis deals with the reconstruction project management of the road. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts of project management. It focuses on project phases and activities that belong to each stage. It describes the procedure for scheduling and other imnportant methods of the project management. The practical part deals with the application of theoretical knowledge and organization of the reconstruction project of the selected road.
