Tato práce pojednává o podnikatelském plánu rozvoje firmy K&M, s.r.o., využívající nalezení podnikatelské příležitosti v oblasti zemědělské prvovýroby, konkrétně v pěstování a následném zpracování rychlerostoucích dřevin. Předběžný návrh na podnikatelský záměr vychází z analýzy současného stavu podniku, jeho okolí, možností a rizik. This bachelor’s thesis discusses the business plan for the development of K&M, s.r.o. company, which results from finding business opportunities in primary agricultural production, particularly in the growing and processing of fast-growing trees. The preliminary draft of the business plan is based on analysis of current situation of the company, its environment, opportunities and risks.
