Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na zefektivnění logistického toku ve slévárenské části společnosti FIMES, a.s. Na základě teoretických poznatků pak přistupuje k samotnému vyřešení problému s přesunem materiálu ve výrobě tak, aby docházelo k minimálním kvalitativním ztrátám na materiálu. Obsahuje návrh na zlepšení daného problematického místa. This bachelor thesis focuses on anefficiency improvement in the logistics flow in the foundry part of FIMES, a.s. company. Basing on the theoretical knowledge comes up to own solution of the problem with the material movement in a production so that there were minimal qualitative losses on the material. Contains proposal to improvement of the given problematic point.
