Cílem této bakalářské práce bude výroba prototypu předního dílu upínacího systému horolezecké mačky. V práci bude proveden návrh a konstrukce nového prototypového dílu s využitím parametrické aplikace SolidWorks. Pro výrobu prototypu předního dílu mačky bude využita aditivní metoda Fused Deposition Modeling – 3D tiskárna uPrint. Součástí práce bude výroba silikonové formy předního dílu mačky pomocí vakuového licího systému. Silikonová forma bude sloužit pro odlití určitého počtu dílů z komerčně dostupných materiálů. Práce bude ukončena technicko-ekonomickým zhodnocením výroby předního dílu mačky s doporučením a rozborem nejvhodnější ekonomické varianty řešení. The aim this bachelor thesis is a production of prototype front part fastening system mountaineering crampons. In this work will be carried out the design and construction of a new prototype parts using the parametric application SolidWorks. For prototype production front part crampons will be used additive method Fused Deposition Modeling - uPrint 3D printer. Part of the work will be production of silicone moulds front part crampons using vacuum casting system. Silicone mould will be used for casting of a certain number parts from commercially available materials. The work will be finished with technical and economic evaluation of production front part crampons with recommendations and the best economic analysis of alternatives.
