Tato bakalářská práce zpracovává návrh nárožní budovy stojící poblíž centra města Brna. Oproti tradici otvírám nároží a dále pak přilehlý park uvnitř vnitrobloku veřejnosti. This bachelor work is made of corner building near to down town of Brno city. In contrast to traditions I open this area to public.
