Předmětem bakalářské práce je eliminovat zmetkovitost ve výrobním procesu pomocí aplikace metodologie Lean Six Sigma s kombinací dalších podpůrných prvků. Cílem je zajistit podniku takové podmínky, aby neshodné výrobky vůbec nevznikaly. Práce vychází ze základních teoretických poznatků, po kterých následuje analýza aktuálního stavu podniku. V závěru jsou zhodnocena přijatá opatření podnikem a celková úspěšnost provedené změny. The object of this thesis is eliminating scrap in the manufacturing process using Lean Six Sigma methodology combined with other supporting elements. The aim is to ensure that such business conditions to avoid all non-conforming products. The work is based on the basic theoretical knowledge, followed by analysis of the current state of business. In conclusions are evaluated the measures accepted by the company and overall efficiency of executed changes.
