Bakalářská práce se zabývá navržením seriózního podnikatelského záměru týkajícího se rozvoje společnosti ABC s.r.o., která působí na trhu jako obchodní firma specializující se na distribuci zdravotnických pomůcek pro diabetiky. Na základě zhodnocení vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí společnosti, provedených analýz a nezbytných výpočtů jsem navrhl takový podnikatelský záměr, který vede k rozšíření portfolia podniku, navýšení zisku a tržního podílu, a to vše při minimalizaci rizik. Vizí do budoucna je vývoj vlastního výrobku pod vlastní značkou. Bachelor thesis deals with proposition a solid Entrepreneurial plan concerning the development of ABC s.r.o. company which has been operating on the market as a business company specialising in the distribution of medical aids for diabetic patients. On the basis of the inner and outer company environment assessment, implemented analysis and necessary calculation there has been projected such an entrepreneurial plan which leads to the expansion of the company portfolio, profit increase and market share, and that all with the risk minimization. The future vision is the development of its own product under its own brand.
