Bakalářská práce se zabývá vysvětlením problematiky IPO, postupem celého procesu IPO v podmínkách českého kapitálového trhu a vývoje českého kapitálového trhu od jeho počátku do současnosti spolu s analýzou dosud uskutečněných primárních emisí. Bachelor thesis is explaining the subject of the IPO, the entire IPO process in the conditions of the Czech capital market and development of the Czech capital market since its inception to the present, along with the analysis of undertaken IPOs to date.
