Práce se zabývá problematikou zrušení obchodních společností všech typů se soustředěním na likvidaci. Práce si klade za cíl rozebrat možnosti zániku obchodních společností s likvidací, věnovat pozornost možným úskalím. Analytická část rozebírá průběh likvidace konkrétní společnosti z pohledu likvidátora. Cílem práce je bezproblémové provedení likvidace s co největším přínosem pro společníky. Work deals with the abolition of all types of companies and concentrates on liquidation. Work aims to analyze the possibility of termination of corporate insolvency, to pay attention to the possible potential pitfalls. Analytical section examines the progress of liquidation of a company from the perspective of a liquidator. The goal is a seamless implementation of the liquidation of the greatest benefits for shareholders.
