Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem optimalizace procesů, které přispívají k řízení vztahů se zákazníky. Podpora těchto procesů je realizována pomocí modernizace stávajícího informačního systému. Main purpose of this bachelor thesis is to analyze a workflow and suggest optimization of processes in order to provide improvement of customer oriented services by implementing of changes to satisfy both customers and internal users needs. Modernization of current information system is one of the crucial steps taken to support this solution.
