Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou oceňování budov společnosti AREAL SLATINA, a.s. Na základě teoretických podkladů jsou vymezeny výhody a nevýhody jednotlivých oceňovacích přístupů. Záměr práce je navrhnout optimální metodu oceňování s přihlédnutím ke specifikům trhu a záměrům společnosti. This thesis is focused on the valuation of buildings of the company AREAL SLATINA, a.s. Based on the theoretical background we defined advantages and disadvantages of valuation approaches. The purpose of the thesis is to propose an optimal valuation method while taking into account the specifics of the market and intentions of the Company.
