Tato diplomová práce pojednává o metodách použitelných pro analýzu spolehlivosti (diagnostiku) obvodu v konkrétních obvodových aplikacích. Zabývá se analýzou jednotlivých poruch ve frekvenční, časové i DC oblasti. Jednotlivé metody jsou pro dané oblasti popsány v jednotlivých kapitolách této práce. Závěrem této práce jsou hodnoceny metody pro diagnostiku analogových obvodů na základě simulací i praktického testování vybraných metod. This diploma thesis deals with the method which are useful for analysis of reliability in specific circuit applications. It also deals with fault analysis in frequency, time and DC domain. Methods for these domains are described in other chapter of this thesis. Finally methods for diagnostics analog circuit are evaluated based on simulation and practical testing of selected methods.
