Disertační práce se zabývá výzkumem aplikačních možností keramiky s nízkou teplotou výpalu se zaměřením na její nekonvenční využití. Řeší dílčí problémy spojené s konstrukcí pouzdra pro elektrické čipy. Dotýká se také uplatnění této keramiky v optoelektronických senzorických aplikacích. The doctoral thesis is aimed at research of application possibilities of low-temperature co-fired ceramics, especially its non-conventional usage. It deals with particular topics ensue from electronic chips package design. The thesis also touches optoelectronic sensor application of this ceramics.
