Tato diplomová práce se zabývá výrobou rotační strojní součásti na soustružnickém CNC stroji s řídicím systémem Sinumerik. Nejprve je stručně popsána zvolená součástka, na kterou je později vytvořen NC program v systému Sinutrain Operate 4.5. Daný program je následně ověřen simulací. V rámci této práce je zpracována technická dokumentace, která obsahuje nový technologický postup výroby a výrobní výkres zadané součásti. Na závěr je věnována pozornost technicko-ekonomickému zhodnocení nově navržené výroby, kde jsou ověřeny zvolené řezné podmínky a potřebný výkon CNC stroje. Výsledkem práce je rovněž určení hodinové sazby CNC soustruhu a ceny součástky s ohledem na nově prezentovanou výrobu. This diploma thesis deals with a manufacture of rotating mechanical component on CNC lathe machine with Sinumerik control system. At first the chosen component is briefly described and then NC program is created in Sinutrain Operate 4.5 system. Afterwards the program is verified by simulation. Within the diploma thesis a technological documentation is elaborated that contains a new technological course of manufacture and a manufacture drawing of the component. The final part of this thesis is focused on technical-economic evaluation of newly designed manufacture with verification of cutting conditions and required output of the CNC machine. The outcome of the thesis defines an hour rate of CNC lathe and price of component that regards to newly presented manufacture.
