Tato práce se zabývá řízením výrobního procesu v malé české inovativní a rozvíjející se společnosti. V úvodu je popsán vybraný produkt jak z hlediska funkčnosti, tak z hlediska komponentů, ze kterých je sestaven. Po teoretické části je popsán výchozí stav operativního řízení výroby produktu. Na analýzu výchozího stavu navazuje návrh nových možných přístupů v řízení výroby s ohledem na dostupnost potřebných zdrojů nutných pro realizaci. V závěru práce je provedeno shrnutí realizovaných řešení a plánovaných řešení managementem firmy. The present thesis is concerned with production process management in a small innovative and developing Czech company. The introductory part describes a selected product from both a functional point of view and a constructional point of view. The theoretical part of the thesis is followed by a section which analyzes the initial state of production process of the product. The next part comes with ideas for new approaches to production process management, respecting available company resources, which are necessary for their implementing. The final part of the thesis provides a summary of implemented solutions and solutions that the management of the company plans to implement.
